By creating an account or using LucidoVault("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
LucidoVaultis a subscription-based AI prompt library. Free accounts have access to a subset of prompts. A Pro subscription ($7/month) unlocks the full library including Fill & Copy and the Variable Personalization Builder.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password.
- You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
- Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $7 USD via Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
- Paddle handles all payment processing, currency conversion, and applicable tax collection.
- Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time through your billing portal — access continues until the end of the current paid period.
- We do not store your card details; all payment data is managed by Paddle.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reproduce, redistribute, or resell prompt content outside personal or internal business use.
- Scrape, copy, or systematically download the library.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
6. Intellectual Property
All prompt content, copy, and design in LucidoVault is owned by or licensed to us. A Pro subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use prompts for your own work. You do not acquire ownership of any content.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that prompts will produce specific results in any AI tool. Your use of AI-generated outputs is entirely at your own discretion and risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LucidoVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in good faith by contacting our support team first.
