Overview
LucidoVault Pro is a monthly subscription at $7/month. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.
Cancellations
- You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your billing portal — no questions asked.
- After cancellation, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged again after cancellation.
- To access your billing portal, go to your account settings and click "Manage Billing".
Refunds
- Within 7 days of first charge: If you are not satisfied with your first month, contact us within 7 days of the initial charge and we will issue a full refund.
- Renewal charges: Refunds are not provided for renewal charges once a billing period has started. Please cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged.
- Exceptional circumstances: Duplicate charges, billing errors, or technical issues preventing access will be reviewed and refunded on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, use our contact form and include:
- The email address on your LucidoVault account.
- The date of the charge.
- A brief reason for the request.
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Paddle as Merchant of Record
All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible for billing, currency conversion, and tax collection. Refunds are issued through Paddle back to your original payment method.
